There are moments in your life that you may lose connection with those around you, feel invisible to the outside world or lack the confidence to live the life you have always dreamed of. In a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment we will walk the therapeutic journey together, helping you connect with your authentic self. Connection to your authentic self will help you tap into the strength that has been inside you all along, giving you the confidence, connection and voice that you wish you always had. The therapeutic process can be intimidating, it is my goal to make you feel safe and comfortable. Throughout my time practicing I have worked with the adult population but welcome anyone ages 14 and up. Our journey will consist of evidenced based interventions that will promote overall wellness.

I really enjoyed my sessions with Kristen. she was really good at listening and helping me see beyond things that were blocking me and work through them. she listened to things both big and small and made me feel comfortable sharing things that i was hesitant to talk about. She is good therapist and i would recommend her for sure. She is very busy but still goes beyond the standards set by 7 cups and tries to do extended chat sessions and just not respond once or twice a day. if you would prefer back and forth chats to once or twice a day replies i would definitely recommend her.

Kristen is very helpful and very sweet and although it has only been a few sessions, I've already started to seem some slight improvements within myself. She is very empathetic and it is something I really appreciate
