Hi! I am a medical student with a great interest in psychology and I truly want to try and help people. I am open minded and I do not judge at all. I have been through depression, trauma, eating disorder, self harm and abuse. I know how it feels when you just want to give up. Talking about it is always the first step. I promise I do not judge and I will listen to whatever you have to say. I will try to help you through it or at least give you a person you can open up to. Just remember that the worse thing you could do is give up on yourself. There are always people that care.
