LindyLove proves to be a helpful, compassionate active listener through their ability to make me feel appreciated and listened to. She's able to summarise my thoughts concisely and in an easy-to-understand manner. This allows me to rethink/reflect on what I just said clearly. She also shows compassion by not judging and really just being present. Her questions, along with her summaries, help me further reflect on what might be the best for me. She also doesn't impose her opinions on me and fosters a safe environment for sharing thoughts and feelings.
