Hello! I'm glad you have found me on 7cupsoftea. I'm a trained active listener and enjoy listening to individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and other mental health disorders. On a personal note, I myself suffer from bipolar disorder and therefore have lots of empathy towards other people who are struggling with a mental illness. I enjoy reading, cooking, hiking, downhill and cross-country skiing, as well as going to the gym. If I'm online, feel free to start a chat with me.
