I'm Bree, I love to help people feel that they aren't alone. I'm so glad you found me on 7cupsoftea. I like helping people who struggle with anything really, I've had my fair share of hardships, and my fair share of good things. Even if I haven't experienced what someone are going through, I'm still good at helping them through it. I've personally dealt anxiety, depression, self harm, suicidal thoughts, low self-esteem, loneness, and perfectionism
