Trauma can be the result of various stressors in an environment serving as triggers. Recognizing these triggers can provide a path to lifelong freedom. My practice focuses on helping clients identify environmental stressors and providing tools for success. Through motivation and encouragement, my clients regain confidence towards their personal and professional goals. I come from the perspective of a trauma informed lens that is nonjudgmental, understanding, and supportive.
