Let's get at that trauma! I've been through my fair share of downward spirals, and something that helps me get out of one is helping someone else take a step up. I'm a paramedic, and in school for counseling. I'm bipolar type 2, with severe anxiety and a little ADHD thrown in for razzle dazzle. I'm in a poly relationship, and I have an 8yo child. Let's tackle some shadow work!
