Welcome. I'm glad you're here.  I've worked with men and women for over 18 years. Together, we have collaborated to explore the underlying thoughts and patterns  that cause and maintain depression, anxiety, relationship patterns, parenting ​styles    blockages to success . I also empower you with practical skills to use to sustain your progress and improve self-esteem. Some of my specialties are blended families, relationships, men's issues and parenting.
