Hello! I am a trained listener here on 7 cups of Tea. I am well versed in depression, anxiety, anorexia, bulimia, and OCD. I have been struggling with depression for a number of years. My absolute disgust in myself and hatred of myself led to my anorexia and bulimia. I was at one of the lowest points of myself and was constantly self-harming or thinking of ways to end my life.
