Welcome to 7 cups of tea. I am a trained listener. I have qualifications in counselling and mindfulness. I help run a men's mental health group. I have helped many people overcome their mental health issues. One lady I used to teach meditation too said that I had completely transformed her life. I helped her understand her emotions, and taught her how to create spaciousness around those emotions. This helped her feel much more confident, calmer and helped her create a more meaningful life.

I have helped people with anxiety and depression mostly, but I've also helped people with self-compassion and confidence issues. I have helped people overcome phobias using Exposure Therapy. I also have training in Motivational Interviewing and Life Coaching.

I will do my best to help you with the situation you find yourself in.
