Bio
I am diligent, caring, passionate, and genuinely desire to help others. My nurturing and empathic nature allows me to form organic bonds with people from various walks of life. I aim to help you work towards something good, positive and rewarding.
It's incredible how life can turn our world upside down; however, there's always a glimmer of hope. Hope energises and motivates us to take action by causing us to step out in faith.
We continuously work our bodies. Why not our minds? Talking heals the soul, so let's do it more.
I look forward to talking with you.
Please note the following:
A) My sessions run for a maximum of 60 minutes.
B) I will end the session if you become abusive or act inappropriately.
C) The session will end if you're away for more than 5 minutes. If you do need to leave for any reason, please inform me.
D) I take personal requests if I am not engaged with another member. I only work with one person at a time.
E) Everything we discuss will remain confidential and will not be shared.
Continuing Your Journey & Exploring Therapy:
Living with complex thoughts, feelings, and experiences necessitates much energy. Talking with a therapist in a confidential and non-judgemental setting can help you understand yourself better, embrace yourself, feel at ease in your relationships and live a more fulfilling life.
If you enjoyed speaking with me, perhaps consider the benefits of working alongside a professional psychotherapist to overcome your obstacles and challenges.
