Hi! I am a 26 year old mother of 3 and have struggled with anxiety, depression, anger, and much more. As a survivor of child sexual assault and abuse, it is my passion to help uplift those struggling with similar past and or present experiences. I love to hear about other's experiences and help them grow through what they're going through. I have 2 ears and 1 mouth so I will listen twice as much as I speak. Always remember you are more than your struggles, more than your diagnosis or lack of diagnosis, you are a person worth knowing and you deserve happiness and life. Peace and love.
