Hi! I'm Robin. I'm an openly gay transguy (female to male).
Anyway, I've read a hell of a lot about psychology, therapy, and self-improvement and I try to give the most useful advice I can. I've dealt with depression, anxiety, drug abuse, self-harm and even bipolar disorder so I may know a bit of what you're going through, and I know how I was able to overcome my depression.
