I've experience the "good" and the "bad"- in people, relationships, choices, decisions, jobs, and with my friends and family. Throughout it all, I've dealt with my own issues of depression, anxiety, PTSD, eating disorders, struggles with my self image, and so much more. I am far perfect, but I allow my flaws to remove my judgment of others, my mistakes to embrace the fact that I am human, and, with it all, that reminding yourself that you can still smile-- or, even better-- laugh-- can be a beacon of light in an otherwise turbulent storm.
