I experience depression, anxiety, and ADHD myself, and I know how important it is to feel listened to and cared about when things are tough.
I identify as aro-ace (somewhere demi/grey) and am open to talking about being asexual or aromantic in an allo world.
I've also lived in three different continents as an adult, so I've had my own complicated feelings about relocating, missing people or places, embracing a new home, and how than can impact cultural identity.
