Hello out there,
I have a background in mental health and although I work in the corporate world now I feel most passionate about the work I do volunteering for mental health hotlines and studying to get my certification as a peer support specialist.
I've personally struggled with complex and, at times, debilitating mental health challenges and know firsthand how important having an impartial ear to listen can be. No chat topic is too big, too small, or too challenging, but I can provide more experiences with anxiety, OCD, depression, alcohol and substance abuse, insomnia, self-harm, trauma, and interpersonal relationships.
