Hi! I'm really glad that you found the 7 Cups of tea, and you've taken the right step to lighten the load from your heart. I'm a trained active listener and I'd like to be of help to people who struggle in their professional life. Bosses and manager who can't get through their employees, no matter how many times they said something. And so employees who can't get their message up the ladder and are frustrated about not being heard. I love to read, listen and learn through interaction.
