Hi! I am so proud of you for reaching out for help!!! I am a trained listener for 7 cups of tea and I ADORE politics, history, netlfix, reading and staying in bed all day, since I am a tired college student. I have overcome a lot in my life. I have multiple learning disabilities, which caused me to be bullied a lot as a kid, as well as anxiety, depression and I've been sexually assaulted twice. I have a history with self-harm, but I am now over a year and a half clean. I am currently in the process of grieving the loss of a friend from high school, but unfortunately, this is not new territory since I have lost a lot of people in my life.
