Marriage & Family Therapist

About

I know how difficult it can be to seek help, but I want to assure you that you are making a positive step toward a better life and that I will do everything in my power to assist you in this journey. I believe that you have the ability to overcome whatever obstacles you are facing, to live the life you want to live. In session, I will guide you in finding and using strengths that are within you to get past these barriers, rebuild relationships and be a happier, healthier you. You can do it and I can help. I specialize in the treatment of depression and anxiety through the use of a variety of strength-based interventions. I typically work with adult individuals, but also have extensive experience in the treatment of adolescents and families. In addition, I am trained and certified in several evidence-based therapies.
