Wow, thanks for checking out my profile!  I know it's hard to be vulnerable, even to a stranger, and I hope I can help.

I want to help others find the support I wasn't able to have growing up and be the person I wish I could have vented to. I'm willing to listen no matter what but my specialties are sexuality, LGBT+ inclusive spirituality and faith, autism, adhd, unusual family dynamics and stress. I am cishet but have an extensive support group in the queer community, including my own immediate family.

I have had to deal with trauma based in religion and sexuality, but I can still respect, admire and empathize with those of faith. I have been diagnosed with ADHD, well-masked autism and cyclothemia (formerly Bipolar-3). I have a 12 year old son also with autism and adhd and a spouse who is also AuDHD, asexual and non-binary.
