I'm glad that you're here at 7 cups of tea. I'm glad that I'm here too. I have been through some dark times over the past few years and I've learned a lot along the way. I hope I can pass some of that along and give a little bit of hope to someone else. As far as my own experiences go, I have an autistic spectrum disorder, I've dealt with anxiety because of it for most of my life. I've been deeply depressed, struggled with OCD and Eating disorders and had to learn to deal with my emotions the hard way because it didn't come instinctively. A chunk of my childhood was defined by bullying. I identify as LGBTQ+ myself and I have known people who fall under every colour of that spectrum.

Aside from mental health, I'm just beginning to piece myself together. I am a geeky aspiring scientist. I love to read and write, anything from sci-fi and fantasy to psychological thrillers to the occasional piece of chic-lit. I meditate. I'm learning a martial art. I'm trying to teach myself to sew.
