Hey! I'm Ryan, a trained Active Listener here on 7Cups. I have been battling depression for as long as I can remember, and I've been through some pretty bad times. I like to listen to people and offer them compassion because it reminds me that I am not alone, just as I remind them that they are not alone. I work full time and attend college full time, but I'm always around, so don't be afraid to send me a message if I'm offline. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, writing, cooking and swimming.
