S Christina Troutt, LMFT

Marriage & Family Therapist

About

When we go through struggles often we feel alone and isolated.  It can feel like a dark vortex trying to swallow you.  But there is hope and reaching out for help is the first step!  My goal is to walk beside others in their journey toward healing.  As a marriage and family therapist I believe strongly in systems theory.  I specialize in working with families for pre/post-adoption counseling for adoption adjustments, trauma, attachment related issues, and helping families cope with FASD/NAS and other family-related adjustments. I have a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tennessee.  I am also a Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) practitioner through the Texas Christian University Institute of Child Development.
