Welcome! I'm glad you're here. It takes a tremendous amount of courage to seek and create meaningful change and you've already taken that first step. For over 10 years I've been helping adolescents and adults suffering from depression, anxiety, and various degrees of dissatisfication with their lives, in general. So often I find that these challenges are rooted in self-esteem and shame related issues. If you struggle with feelings of inadequacy, joylessness, guilt, and worry, you don't have to anymore! There is hope, and I believe you'll find it here. Together, we will work to understand the underlying reasons behind the patterns of thinking and behavior that have gotten you stuck and we'll find effective and practical solutions to help you break free from the hamster wheel of disappointment.
