I believe we are active agents in this world and I also believe that no one is perfect and that we all experience hurdles and struggles in our lives. I firmly believe that by taking preventative measures and learning a little more about ourselves that we can overcome any hardships or obstacles that may be in our way, or, at the very least help us cope better with the situations we are in.

To lower my stress I like to plan and be organised, I participate in physical activity and I talk to friends and family.
