Hello,

I am a Fully Licensed Clinical Therapist, Coach, Mentor, and Educator that loves to work with teenage girls & women of any race, culture, and background.  I graduated with honors with a Master of Social Work Degree from The University of North Carolina of Pembroke in 2011.  I have been serving many communities as a Social Worker since 2007 with experience ranging in Hospice Care, Elderly Care, Child Protective Services, and Mental Health.  I have been providing mental health services since 2014.

I love to teach women/teenagers how to take back their authority and live a healthier life by integrating their faith. Sometimes life throws us through a journey that most of the time we have not chosen for ourselves.  Some of those trials can be a result of unresolved Trauma from Physical Abuse/Sexual Abuse/Domestic Violence/Emotional Abuse, Grief, Perinatal Mood Disorders/Depression, Anger, Anxiety, Low Self-Esteem, Suicidal Thoughts, Un-forgiveness, guilt, shame, and hurt.  My personal life experiences, education, training, and spiritual beliefs has equipped me to “EmPower-You-2Shift” past broken, and assist you on a journey to healing.

Although my primary focus is working with women and teenagers, I also enjoy working with couples who are dating, thinking about getting married, and/or have hit a stuck point in their marriage utilizing practical skills and Christian Based Vales. I am very relatable, transparent, passionate, and driven to help you meet your goals.  I also enjoy working with Ministers, Clergy Man, and Leaders within the Body of Christ who are in need of a safe place to heal and process their struggles.

I would love to help you learn effective coping skills and to find resolution, closure, and healing from the hurt that you have experienced in their life. I view my career as ministry and take pride in serving God by serving others.
