About

I'm happy you reached out to talk with me! It can be nerve wracking sometimes to open up to someone else regarding our problems, but that's okay. If you're feeling overwhelmed, unhappy, stressed, or lost, meeting with me is a good first step toward building a life that feels better and is more in line with what you see for yourself. I work closely with my clients to help them build coping skills for life's stressors, and learn ways to practice acceptance, and bring about change in their lives. I'm here to provide support, and help you overcome whatever challenges you are facing. My focus is for us to work together, you're the expert on your life, and I'm here to give you the tools and encouragement you need.
