Extremely helpful. Listened to everything I had to say and brought about plenty of new insights about me. A lot of people try to take the altruistic route, usually for feeling good about themselves, and end up not really helping you. SnowSolitude1 was great at digging out information and helpful at building epiphanies that turned life on its head. Very professional. I felt like I was being helped by a real therapist. She listened to everything I typed, was supportive but also honest, and dedicated a lot of time to getting me to a more stable position. Empathy cannot be overstated, she is one of the only ones I have seen to fully understand where I am coming from. I have been judged by a large number of people who expected me to "improve" from their demands. SnowSolitude1 offered understanding and furthermore legitimately helped with my issues. Response time was rather impressive. I am used to people who post, then reply after every half an hour or so. She had a genuine conversation with me. I said things, she understood what I was saying. I am grateful to have turned to SnowSolitude1 when I was falling apart, as she helped pick me up.
I had a really wonderful conversation and I could get a second opinion on my thoughts and I couldn't stop saying thanks after the conversation and I still am very thankful. The little things in life can mean soo much.
