I am a 35yr old female (cis, bisexual) living in the UK with my Fiancé, our dog and two cats. I have a diagnosis of PTSD, OCD, BPD and Agrophobia. I am an Insomniac. I have been in therapy for six years making great strides towards recovery and have learned some skills to assist with dealing with the symptoms of these disorders.

I also live with Endometriosis, Chronic Pain and Hyperthyroidism (Grave's Disease) so I am happy to discuss these topics as well though they are not listed on the checklists.

I may decline to discuss topics if the details prove to be too triggering for me to tolerate. Please do not take it personally if I do decline, for every human being it is our responsibility to put our own self-care first always :)

For most topics it is likely I have personal experience and will be able to relate and empathise, though I am not a qualified therapist, I will always do my best to be supportive. My life has been a very troubled one in the past and I feel this provides me with a good foundation to offer support to others as I am able to see their side more clearly whilst maintaining enough distance to offer impartial and non-judgmental support. I also have a deep personal interest in psychology and make the effort every week to improve on my knowledge and skills.
