Hey, I'm Sam!
I am really glad that you found me on 7 cups of tea. I decided to become a listener because I recognize how important it is to have someone to talk to. I have gone through a lot of struggles in my life, and have had depression, PTSD, panic disorder, and anxiety for 10 years now. I know that every day can be a struggle, and for me what has made a difference is the opportunity to talk to someone who truly understands me. At the end of the day, we all want to be heard, understood, and to feel like we are not alone.
