My name is Susy. I have first hand experience with anxiety and depression, cancer and diabetes. I'm here to listen to your concerns and help you discover the wisdom you had all along by asking probing questions in a caring and compassionate environment. Please remember that listeners cannot offer advice. 

While permitted on this site, I do not handle questions about sexual health or sexuality. 

My areas of interest are trauma, domestic violence, grief as well as relationship, family and financial stress.

If you need to talk, simply drop me a note even if I do not appear to be online.

I am here from 8-10am and 8-10pm Eastern Time (think: New York City time) most days. To guarantee a spot on my chat calendar, it would be preferable if you booked an appointment.
