My name is Sew!

I'm from Norway. When i joined 7cups i were far down into the mud. Now things are going better, thanks to a lot of therapy and commitment. As i have been in a lot of situations, I hope i can help you in yours. I'm an artfreak and music lover. I write my own music and do a lot of arts, so if anyone wanna discuss, I'm all in! :D 

I have made it my mission to teach struggling human beings the techniques I've learned in therapy to create lasting, safe ways of dealing with emotions and happenings in this journey we call life <3 I know that life ain't all sunshine and roses.
