As someone who's been on both sides of this site (extensively), I can very honestly say that this person is a colorful light shining in a dark world. They listen closely, they're perceptive, they're beautifully empathetic, and they're able to provide thoughtful and helpful analysis when prompted. I couldn't have been luckier than to run into such a special stranger in one of my low moments.
