Hi there! My name is Alexa and I'm here to help. All my life I have dealt with anxiety and depression in myself and others, and I'm also a recovered addict. I have overcome so much and I want to help others get to a place where they can say the same. I love to read and write, I love binge-watching TV shows and trying new restaurants with my friends.
