Hi there! I am so glad you have found me on 7 Cups of Tea! My name is Ally, and I am a trained active listener and I am passionate about helping others through a tough time, understanding their depression (as I have been diagnosed with 4 different kinds and am staying strong!), and getting through a anxiety or panic attack.
