30. Canadian living in the United States. Mental health warrior. Supportive and sympathetic to all mental health struggles. I have c-PTSD and have experienced many of the struggles that fall under that umbrella including depression, anxiety, eating disorder, self harm, hopelessness, panic attacks, depersonalization/derealization, addiction, emotional dysregulation, and somatic symptom disorder.
