Hello, Even though I don't know you (obviously) and you don't know me, if you are suffering from depression, bipolar disorder or need to talk for any reason, I hope we can meet online. When I found this website and the opportunity to offer hope and encouragement to anyone who suffers for any reason, I felt led to participate. Although my suffering ended many years ago through a strange turn of events, I still vividly remember wondering if my hopelessness and despair would ever end or even if it did, come back again. But, thankfully, I have experienced total remission for more than 20 years and have been able to share my story with many others in similar situations as mine once was.
