Hi, I'm happy you have found me! I'd love to help you with whatever you are going through or just lending an ear. I'm a trained active listener and I specialize in the following with depression, bipolar disorder, self-harm, bullying, ADHD, any type of anxiety, and panic attacks. If you just need to chat for a few minutes, or need a long conversation to help you I am there. :)
A little about me is that I love reading and being creative. I have struggled with a lot and overcame, while still on my own journey. I understand the worst of it and have made this account to be able to help another with what they are going through.
