Hello! I'm glad you found me here on 7 cups of tea. I am a trained listener and I am a part of the LGBTQIA+ community. I am pansexual and genderfluid, my pronouns are they/them. My dream is to publish my self-help books and to work as a peer support worker sharing my lived experience of trauma and mental health issues to help others :)
I am happy to talk about anything and everything and I will do my best to help by listening deeply. I am not here to tell you what to do because I believe that we all have the strength within us to find what our minds, hearts and souls need, I am simply here to listen and to share my own sense of hope while you find the answers that you seek.
