Heyy! I'm Cassie or Cass for short (my actual name is Ksenia which is a Russian name but I prefer that you call me Cass), I have personally dealt with depression and bipolar disorder. I come to seven cups in hopes that I can help people in need find help. As a child, I had a verbally abusive relationship with my parents and was a victim of bullying so I can often find it easy to relate to people who are going or have overcome similar events to me. Since childhood, it has been my dream to help people who are struggling and I am currently studying psychology as well as therapy techniques, both my parents are also learning about Psychology so I often find them to be a great source of tips and information for me.
