Hello! I'm so glad that you are here and that you have found me on 7 Cups of Tea! I am a trained active listener and I like to support people struggling with Anxiety, College Life, Depression, Eating Disorders, Grief, LGBTQ+ and Self-Harm. I live in New Zealand and really enjoy cuddling my new kitten, hanging out with my nieces and nephews, writing poetry and baking!
