hey! I'm sorry you're going through a hard time and I've gone through a tough time as well but honestly opening up and talking about stuff is one of the best things that I have done on my road to recovery. It's a lot easier to do when you don't know the person because you know they won't judge you in any way ( I wouldn't judge even if you did know me) but some people are more comfortable speaking with people they don't know ! i'm online all of the time so honestly feel free to talk !
