Hello! I'm glad you've found me on 7CupsofTea. I'm a psychology graduate who'd be happy to sit and listen to you. I’m a certified mental health first aided and I have a diploma in counselling. I enjoy creative writing, reading, horse-riding and playing music in my spare time. I deal with my own mental health issues related to past trauma and have worked hard in therapy to get to the healthy state I am in today.
