Hello, I have joined 7cups to try to help people who are having a difficult time in the world to find a way to feel better. If you want to talk to me I would like to listen. I find a lot of joy in little things like watching insects, attempting gardening and yoga and playing computer games. I hope you find someone to talk to if its not me :) and I wish you well. I usually can only be online for about 30 minutes at a time, I find that we can have a good chat in that time.
