Hey guys!! I'm back after a 7 month self care break. I was sent to a mental health treatment facility❤️

 I've been a listener on 7 cups for A while. My motivation to help is because I used to be a member, and many of the listeners didn't help me in the way I needed it. Since I've had lots of experience struggling and coping with mental health I understand where you're coming from and how to help❤️ I’ve been through a lot and I’m willing to help anyone who needs it. This is a no judge community and I enforce that completely. I will help anyone and have experience with many problems as well. Send a message if you need someone to talk to or just need a friend :)

I really liked how you actually gave my options on what to do because when I asked others they just told me to "do whatever I want" and i dont know what I want to do! The fact that you are even willing to know what is going to happen tommorow shows me that you really do care enough to make I do get back on track. Thank you for everything, i will keep you posted!
