A really fantastic listener.one of the best so far.

Cynn has helped me so much the last two weeks. She has a heart of gold and I am blessed to have her assistance.

For once I am at a loss for words. So much went on today and I didn't even have to Cynn about them. Just knowing I have her support and her kind words put me on the right path and stopped me ruminating about past problems. That is HUGE for me! I am honestly close to tears because I can feel so much joy in my life, something I haven't felt in such a long time. I am going to be mindful of this joyous feeling, write about it and start writing positive things in my notebook. Cyn has made me realize that I can love myself. That I am worthwhile, able to be loved, and become my own best friend. I can change my thoughts which guide my emotions. She has done so much for me and I am forever grateful. The great thing is that while I want to talk to her more, if I never talked to her again, she has given me so many "tools for my toolbox" that I am very close to making it on my own. But I know I am not quite there yet. I have hope for the first time. I CAN DO THIS! I WON'T LET DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, and my other illness, both mental and physical defeat me. I AM STRONG!!!

Cynn really helped me through a panic type of situation. She gave me more "tools for my toolbox" to use on 7 cups. Cynn is always kind, considerate, and shows appreciation for my progress. She is always there to help and keeps me going.

Cynn is always great about answering messages. That is one thing that is really important about a listener. I can always count on her to get back to me. Many times I just need to "check in " with someone to gauge my progress and say "Life is going great!" Cynn always answers those quick messages which I always appreciate. She is my lifeline at times, even when things are going well, which is important to me to share.

cynn is always available for a quick chat to answer some questions no matter what they are. She has a real gift for making members of 7 cups feel special. Cynn is attentive, professional, yet personable, non-judgmental, and very empathetic. I always enjoy talking to her.

Cynn is amazing! Not only is she there when I need her but she also "checks up" on me like a mentor when I am doing well. I am making SO much progress. Even other people have noticed the difference in me right after talking to cynn. Cynn is CYNNSATIONAL!!!

Cynn is very thoughtful, helpful, dedicated, and always makes me feel appreciated. She always makes me feel like I am special, never alone, and inspires me to make positive changes in my life. She truly has helped me with my depression to the point where I can honestly say "Depression? You are actually leaving?" I feel so positive, uplifted, and like I can take on the world!
