he was really very sweet. made me feel heard and even offered hugs to calm me down. he was there for me when I was feeling really alone and didn't leave until I felt okay. he's seriously the best and I want to keep talking to him because he seemed like he genuinely cared for my well-being. he's very supportive, was very quick with his responses and practised a good mix of reflection, validation and empathy. I know he's doing his best and I feel grateful I got connected with him. *leaves hugs* stay the same!
