I'm 24 years old and I suffer from bipolar affective disorder, borderline personality disorder, PTSD, and social anxiety disorder. I chose to be a listener on this website because coming from personal experience, I understand how important it is for your mental and general health to be able to have someone to talk to instead of bottling up your thoughts and worries. I also chose to be a listener on this website to help overcome my social anxiety because I'm a great listener and I love trying to help people. I have 5 years of experience helping those with depression, suicidal thoughts, self harm, anxiety, stress, etc. with Buddy Project.
