Hi. 30 Year old male who was diagnosed with Schizoaffective Disorder (Bipolar Type 1) in his mid 20s. Faced a lot of obstacles learning how to cope with my diagnosis and come to terms with it. The many challenges ive faced have been excruciating at times but here I am. Willing to lend an ear to anyone in need.
