Hi there. Glad you stopped by my profile. I am 20 years old and I've had many difficult experiences in my life. I was diagnosed bipolar at 16 along with depression. I am currently suffering depression, anxiety and moods. I joined because I think this is a great platform to communicate mental health with people alike. I want open up about my personal struggles and listen to those who need someone to talk to as well. I hope sharing my experiences will give comfort to those knowing that they aren't alone.
